Really cannot fault the team at Wenche K&M , from meeting me outside hours [Xmas] to view the property = to handing over the Keys outside hours on completion. All emails questions answered promptly and using their in house solicitor for power of attorney was a breeze . A must for those that are a bit apprehensive about putting so much trust into a third party.
