We would like to thank Wenche K&N; for their help in purchasing a property in Costa Blanca.We had a three day window before flight back. Wenche has great personal contacts, and arranged meetings with solicitor, notary,banking, utilities etc. All staff are specialists in their own field.At home all emails and telephones answered immediately. Deal completed while we were at home. Great office location at Via Park 111 Calle Panticosa for parking etc. Thanks and well done Peter, Joanne, and the rest of the team

Brought our house through Wenche 4weeks before lock down to be honest they were so speedy in the turn around of the sale we could have really been in big trouble now but we are settled in and can’t thank Wenche enough they made what we thought was going to be a stress full time so easy they couldn’t do enough for us. We bought our new house through K&M; Wenche and they were so pleasant and easy to deal with. We dropped into their office without an appointment and someone was able to take us to an immediate viewing. After the viewing we went for lunch and gave them a call back - 'could we arrange a second viewing of the same house' - and we had one within the hour. So easy to deal with, we purchased the property we had seen. The only problem we have is that due to Covid-19 we have yet to get into the new house due to the lock-down on the Orihuela-Costa. Our Lawyer completed the purchase via a Power of Attorney. We can thoroughly recommend K&M; Wenche for buying or selling and will use them again without hesitation when the situation arises.
