When I decided to sell my apartment I looked at several agencies before deciding on Wenche K and M. I was immediately impressed by the relaxed, friendly and professional attitude of the staff who immediately made me feel comfortable and put me at my ease. I was at first attended to by Mark who walked me through the process of selling in Spain and explained all about what costs I could expect. He also assured me that there would be no hidden extras, so no nasty unexpected surprises at the end. Mark came to my apartment the following day and made a great job of the publicity photos which appeared on the website. I decided to take the option of signing a Power of Attorney to make the process as easy as possible for myself and was driven to the Notary by Karon, who was very informative and knowledgeable about the process. This inadvertently became a master stroke as I didn’t have to try to get back to Spain to sign papers etc during the Covid pandemic, everything was taken care of for me by the Team. Eventually a couple were interested in buying my apartment and from then on the number of communications increased dramatically as the sale progressed. I must say that the level of communication from the company has been first class throughout, and send a big thank you to Joanne and Karon for this. My apartment is now sold, the Power of Attorney worked brilliantly under Enrique’s direction, my money was transferred via Currencies Direct who work closely with the team at Wenche; so I got a much better rate of exchange. Would I recommend you to sell (or buy for that matter) through Wenche K and M... absolutely 100% YES, just do it, you won’t be disappointed !

We sold our property in Las Palmeras through Wenke KM and have nothing but praise for the team of Karron, Mark, Peter and Joanne. From our initial approach, to them, regarding handling the sale of our property they were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They sold our property quickly but unfortunately the virus and lockdown intervened and we were unable to complete the sale until July 2020. During that time, although the office was closed, they kept in touch with us, answered our queries, provided information particularly regarding costs and legal matters and generally reassured us regarding the sale. Nothing was too much trouble. When we did get to the notary, to complete, the process was carried out with the professionalism and efficiency that had characterised all of our dealings with the Wenke team. This is a classy outfit who really know the ins and outs of the property market in the area and they made our house sale process much less stressful than we thought it could be. Highly recommend the Wenke team.

Let me tell you, this was a great team effort, with special thanks to Karron (and not forgetting Peter too). We were skeptical at first about dealing with an estate agent but we're so pleased we did. We originally viewed and made our decision to purchase our 'place in the sun' in February this year and we all know what happened in March ! Lockdown ! But this didn't deter Karron. Oh no !! The purchase was completed at the end of May and we've just returned to England after spending 5 weeks in our new Spanish home and straight into quarantine !! But it was worth it. There has been nothing Karron hasn't been able to do for us. She's been on the other end of the phone when we needed her, she organised Power of Attorney for us, she helped us with any and all advice we needed about a range of queries. The purchase has been seamless and we would recommend highly to anyone thinking about buying a property that Wenche are selling. We cannot thank Karron and her team enough.

We would like to thank Wenche K&N; for their help in purchasing a property in Costa Blanca.We had a three day window before flight back. Wenche has great personal contacts, and arranged meetings with solicitor, notary,banking, utilities etc. All staff are specialists in their own field.At home all emails and telephones answered immediately.
