We purchased our first property in Spain with Wenchkm six years ago and found their service was excellent. So It made sense to use them again as most recently we sold our apartment and purchased a house with them. The team are all very professional and their approach to customers is friendly and accommodating. They are with you throughout the whole process of purchasing a property. Dealing with property issues in Spain can be nerve wracking but they made the process as smooth as was possible. Great service from Wenche K&M.; We purchased an investment property in August and the whole process went smooth without a hitch. Every phone call and E-mail was answered promptly and from Viewing, putting in the first offer to getting the keys was less than 8 weeks. After service has been 5 star too with the team being on hand to ensure all services were re- connected and ensuring we were happy. We would happily use there services again if and when needed.
