When we decided it was time for us to sell our property in Spain we visited WENCHE KM to discuss our options. They had been recommended to us by previous neighbours. It was important for us us to feel happy that the agent was working for us 100% as we had owned our property for more than 20 years and to us it was very special. We were impressed by that first visit where we met Joanne who arranged for our property to be valued. From there on everything was handled efficiently by Mark visiting us and arranging photos and discussing with us how they would handle our sale. They had a buyer for us very quickly and everything was put in place for our sale. Karron was there for us to take us to the notary and give us a lot of support with the sale process. They literally handled everything for us in an efficient and friendly way and kept on top of everything, liaising with the solicitor and keeping us up to date. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is considering selling their property.
